Return Policy

To make a return, please email info@evaroseclothing.com with your name, order number, the item/s requested to be returned and the reason for the return.  You will then be emailed a return slip along with a shipping label if you are within the United States. International orders must pay for their return shipping. Return requests must be received within 15 days of the package delivery date.

Once we have received your package, you will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when the order was placed. Your exchange credit will be processed within 5-7 business days. Your credit information will be available in your account. If you have not created an account, one will be created for you and that information will be sent to your email.

Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. Items that do not meet these criteria or are non-returnable will be denied. Eva Rose Clothing is not responsible for any shipping charges that may occur from a return. We are not responsible for any loss for any item(s) you have chosen to return.

 

Offers & Discounts

• Discount codes apply to full price items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

• Discounts are valid when shopping online, by phone and in all stores and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer and cannot be applied retrospectively

• When placing an order, you agree that all details you provide to evaroseclothing.com for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate and complete in all respects.

• All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Eva Rose Clothing.

• The price and availability of goods are subject to change without notice.

• Promotional offers, vouchers, and codes may not be used on sale products, or in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated. All offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice. Any offer of free delivery is limited to a standard delivery service, to U.S. only.

• No charge will be applied to credit/debit cards until the point of checkout; therefore no contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Eva Rose Clothing until we accept your order by checking out your order.

• If any product from your order is unavailable, we will contact you by email, then attempt to fulfill your order from the store and confirm details of any cancellation made where fulfillment has not been possible.
